Led the rollout of a modernized release-and-roadmap system across Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Premiere Web — replacing a patchwork of trackers with a single, trusted view of plans, status, and risk.

Pro Video had grown to a scale where every team had its own way of tracking work. BlueDeck unified that — a single roadmap, a single status reporting model, and a shared vocabulary across Engineering, Product, and Release. I sponsored the program and partnered with the platform team driving the transformation, focused on adoption, change management, and getting leadership to stop opening seven different spreadsheets.
