Seven years. Four roles. One throughline: ship the work that defines the craft.

Today I lead a team of seven senior Program Managers driving engineering programs across Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Premiere Web — Adobe's flagship video products used by millions of storytellers worldwide. The path to this seat ran through Audition, After Effects, and Premiere Pro as an individual contributor before moving into people leadership.

About

From investigations to creative software.

My career started in an unusual place — criminal investigations — where I learned how to ask the right questions, follow the evidence, and stay calm when things get messy. Those instincts have shaped every role I've held since.

From there I moved into software as a Test Engineer at Microsoft Game Studios, shipping titles like Halo PC, Project Gotham Racing, and Dungeon Siege. I went on to produce digital experiences for Audi, Intel, Symantec, and Microsoft at Deloitte Digital and L4 Digital, and contributed to launches at Starbucks before finding my home at Adobe.

Today I lead a team of seven senior Program Managers driving the engineering programs behind Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Premiere Web. My focus is the same one I've carried since day one: clear the path, raise the bar, and ship work that's worth being proud of.
